Ingredients (2 servings)
For the pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat or coconut)
- 1 tsp Sokai matcha (sifted)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Toppings (as shown)
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk matcha with 2 tbsp of the milk until fully dissolved.

Add the rest of the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.

Let sit 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. -
When ready, assemble your bowl :

Layer of thick green matcha chia pudding

Kiwi slices on the side

Sprinkle hemp seeds on top
