Matcha Chia Pudding Bowl

Green calm in a bowl. Smooth, crunchy, alive.

Ingredients (2 servings)

For the pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat or coconut)
  • 1 tsp Sokai matcha (sifted)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Toppings (as shown)

  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk matcha with 2 tbsp of the milk until fully dissolved.

  2. Add the rest of the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.

  3. Let sit 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  4. When ready, assemble your bowl :

    • Base of granola

    • Layer of thick green matcha chia pudding

    • Kiwi slices on the side

    • Sprinkle hemp seeds on top

  5. Eat slowly. It’s not just breakfast — it’s a moment.

Notes

  • Best served cold and under soft morning light.
  • You can swap kiwi for banana, mango, or berries.
