Ingredients (10–12 bites)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or tahini, or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sokai matcha
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or crushed nuts (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pause.
    Set your intention. These aren’t snacks. They’re fuel for your clarity.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: oats, matcha, chia seeds, salt.
  3. Add the wet ingredients: almond butter and maple syrup.
    Mix with your hands or a spoon until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Fold in extras: chocolate chips, crushed hazelnuts, or dried fruit.
    Let your intuition guide the texture.
  5. Form into balls using your hands. Each one is a small dose of focus.
  6. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving.
    Let them settle like your thoughts.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
